Hey Lovelies,

I am back with another perfume review.

This perfume is a bit new on the market and I don’t know if it’s going to stay or if it will be a limited edition.

I’ve been in a perfume/scent rut for a while now and whilst I like my Choco musk I felt like I needed something else. I don’t have a signature scent and even though Lattafa Her Majesty was one I classified as my signature scent but since I got the fake one, I’ve been on the hunt for a new signature scent.

So, I came across reviews of Lattafa Qa’ed Al-Fursan Unlimited on youtube and it generally sounded like it would work, so, I decided to give it a try. Thus, here we are.

Price: 7,000 – 10,000 naira.

Notes: I could not get a detailed list of the notes but based on the general consensus, the notes include but are not limited to Lactionic, Milk, Vanilla, and Slight woody notes.

Longevity: 2.5/5 I am trying not to be biased but longevity for me, is not good at all. It lasts about 2-4 hours max, on my skin and that’s in a cold/cool environment. In the heat, I can barely smell it after 3-4 hours. On clothes, it lasts a bit longer but by the end of the day, I get nothing at all.

Silage: 3/5. Now, this has a really good sillage. From the time you spray it to when it dries down and disappears, it projects well. People will notice and smell you when they come around you. When you walk into a room/car, the scent envelopes the car and announces your arrival. I had a few people notice my change in perfume. The only issue is that the sillage isn’t long-lasting either.

Sex: Unisex – This is one of the few fragrances I can call Unisex but also versatile. It can be amped up or brought down and also layered to achieve your desired scent. So, A guy can amp it up with a stronger and masculine scent to get what he wants or a lady can layer with a feminine or floral scent based on her preference. Either way, anyone can do anything they want with this, and that’s another reason why i like this perfume so much!

Description

In the first spray, you get creamy with slight cinnamon or woody or something ( I cannot for the love of God put my finger on it) scent. Unlike a lot of other Lattafa perfumes where you get this burst of alcohol before the scent itself, this perfume does not do that at all. It is lovely and almost calming then it starts to calm down to this milky, sweet vanilla scent. Then you also get some woody/cinnamon/ I-cannot-still-say scent. It is warm and every day I spray it, it smells new to me, every single day. And that’s why I love it so much.

Longevity and sillage are opposites: I usually like a combination of long-lasting and strong projecting scents but with this, those two seem on the opposite sides. It doesn’t last long but it goes big before it goes home.

Another thing I like to do is to layer it. I layer this perfume with my Al-rehab Choco musk and they work perfectly together. The sweetness/vanilla is amped up a notch and let me tell you, Qa’ed Al-Fursan still projects a lot louder than the Choco musk in the first 2 hours. So, it happens that, the Qa’ed Al-Fursan projects the most and after a few hours, gives way for the Al-Rehab. At the end of the day, Choco Musk is what I smell which works well, in my opinion.

Kindly note these opinions are personal. My review is a result of so many factors including personal preferences.

I haven’t decided if I will be purchasing this again. As much as, I love the scent, albeit not long-lasting, I like the combo too but I don’t know about repurchasing. I guess I will just see how I feel when I finish this bottle.

If you find this interesting

Until my next post, Kisses!
