My Experience

This is my first non-reactive vitamin C face cream. Truth be told, I could not think of the exact reason why I did not buy the plain face cream but went for the day cream instead.

The Dr Rashel Day Cream is one of the many products from the brand. In the face cream range, there is the Face Cream, Night Cream and the Day Cream.

It’s not as common as the others and I can understand why, this day cream leaves an annoying white cast!!! The white cast does not go away for up to 3 hours after and trust me when I say it is very very annoying. I had to start applying it only at night for a while before I finally stopped.

  • Light weight and blends easily
  • Affordable
  • Little goes a long way, so it will last quite a while.
  • Brightens the skin tone visibly after about 2 weeks.
  • Not scented

  • Leaves a nasty white cast!

Rating 1.5/5

For a day cream, that they expect you to use during the day, it leaves a very annoying white cast that does not go away until about 3+ hours later. It still remains a bit obvious even after.

For better results with no white cast, get the Dr. Rashel Face Cream.

Until my next post, Kisses!
