My Experience

I bought this to replace my all-time favourite White secret face cream. To be honest, I was simply bored and wanted something new. Before using this cream, I tried to get as much information as I could find and all in all, it had more positive reviews than negative.

Note: I noticed a mild reaction beneath my lips when I started using this cream but I cannot confirm if it was caused by the cream because it left a few days later.

Based on my experience, I love this cream. Even though it’s popular as a face cream, I used it both on my face and body, as per the instructions and my body loves this cream. I enjoyed it as a body cream a lot more. The smell is lovely, it looks oily but it surprisingly isn’t. The moisturizing effect it gives both my face and body is lovely. Also, after about 2 weeks or so, my face had become smooth and almost glowy.

How To Use:

The instruction says to apply morning and evening but I didn’t use it that way. Instead, I used this cream only at night for a total of 3-4 days a week. The weather was ridiculously hot and I’m lazy when It comes to using body creams or lotions in general.

Pros:

  • Lightweight and moisturizing.
  • Suitable for both your face and body.
  • Available and affordable
  • The smell is lovely.

Cons:

  • It can leave the skin sensitive to the sun. USE SUNSCREEN!!!
  • Too small for a body cream. The 200g is better for that purpose.
  • Negative reviews are quite concerning.  You might want to do a test patch and a lot of research before use. Everyone’s skin is different.
  • I find the brand and product VERY SHADY!!! USE WITH CAUTION!
  • IT GIVES GREEN VEINS!!!

Rating: 4/10

This rating is purely based on the fact that I find the brand and product shady. Besides that, I absolutely love this cream. Some people in some reviews said it gives green veins, even though I haven’t noticed any on my skin, I am on the lookout for that. I would advise you do the same.

As of today,  I have it around somewhere in case but I’m not actively using it right now. I only use it every now and then but it’s a staple for me right now.

Update: 23 Oct, 2021

Yes, Stay young cream gives green veins both on the face and on the body. I did not notice this before because I did not use it every day until recently. This shows that it definitely contains some sort of steroid. I have discontinued use and disposed of it. Kindly beware!

I saw some youtube videos about how to mix to reduce this effect but I would not do that.

Always use sunscreen, the weather now demands it.

Until my next post, Kisses!
