Hi Lovelies, I hope you are all staying safe and doing well especially during this pandemic era.
It’s been quite some time since I posted a review or anything at all, I apologize for this.
To jump straight into the review, today’s review is on New White Papaya Scrub. I came across this based on a recommendation and I decided to give it a trial. Also, I tried searching for a review on this but I could not find any at all.

Firstly, this scrub is perfect for a face scrub or a face mask. It is very moisturizing, gentle, and works well for the gentle skin on your face. I used this scrub for around a week before I pro-mixed the scrub. The scrub is creamy and has a face-mask-cream like texture as opposed to scrub like texture. As regards whitening of the skin, it does brighten as almost other scrubs do, and let me tell you, the result is almost IMMEDIATE!!! From the first use, I noticed my skin had this glistening that I have not experienced with any other scrub and I could get away with not moisturizing after using the scrub because it moisturized my skin on its own.
The only issue I had with this scrub was that it was very small and did not last long. I could not use it on my body as it finished quite easily. Another thing was, my skin did not feel as exfoliated as if I were to use a salt scrub. The exfoliating beads of this scrub is quite light in texture and I think I like the feel after exfoliating with a salt scrub compared to this. Salt scrubs make my skin feel silky smooth as opposed to this scrub or even sugar scrubs.
So, after using for a week, I ended up pro-mixing the scrub with Yoko Spa Salt Scrub.
- Highly moisturizing to the skin.
- The texture is creamy and silky.
- Gives a glowy/glistening skin.
- It is not drying at all.
- Works for all skin types.
- Perfect for the face especially.
- Expensive for the size.
- Too light for a body scrub.
All in all, this scrub is a wonderful scrub if you can afford to use it for just your face and use another for your body, I am sure you will love it. If you cannot afford to use it alone but you still want to experience using this scrub, you can pro-mix the scrub as I did.
Will I be buying it again? Yes! I really liked it and I will be buying again but instead of using it alone, I will pro-mix it with a salt scrub as I did, so I can enjoy the moisturizing and exfoliating benefits of a scrub.
I will make a post soon about how I pro-mixed the scrub for my skin.

Until my next post, Kisses!.
