Hey Lovelies,

I hope you are all well.

Today, I will be reviewing Fair & White So White Brightening Oil. Triggered by the hot weather I had to get something for my skin so I got this. I could not apply body lotion so my skin started to look dull and unkempt. At the beauty supply store, I specifically mentioned I wanted a body oil or serum that I could use instead of a body lotion and this was given to me.

My Experience:

I’ve heard quite a lot about Fair and White products, they are quite popular as it is. There has been a whole lot of controversy surrounding Fair and White products as to fake/original, hydroquinone/non-hydroquinone, etc. This is my first time trying any of their products in general.

Unarguably, this is one of the most expensive non-organic skincare products I’ve bought in a long while but I can say it is worth it. This oil smells wonderful! Feels so sleek and satiny when applied, does not feel oily and absorbs very well. Moisturizes my skin and I noticed my skin began to look smooth and glowy. This body oil works a lot like coconut oil for me but less oily when compared to coconut oil. After as early as the 3rd day of using, I could tell a subtle difference in how my skin looked.

I was told I could use it on my face and body, so, I tried it on my face for a few days, no breakouts or reactions but I stopped voluntarily. I did not notice any heavy brightening effect but I did notice marks like wrist watch lines, sandal/slipper lines began to gradually fade away and my skin looks clean and even all around. As of today, I’ve used it for around a month now plus and it is a keeper.

After a few weeks of using, I did notice my skin become visibly brighter, more moisturized, even and clear. This could also be a combination of this oil and also my DIY body brightening scrub which I will talk about in another post.

  • It is lightweight and not oily.
  • Smells wonderful!
  • Absorbs fast and doesn’t feel sticky.
  • Gave my skin this rich moisturized look.
  • Evened my skin tone from top to bottom.
  • Very moisturizing.
  • Last quite long depending on your application.

  • A bit pricey.
  • Can pour out quite easily if not properly closed.

Rating: 9/10

Besides the price, this is one product. I am highly impressed with it. I would recommend this if you are not a body lotion person or you cannot apply lotion due to the weather but you don’t want your skin looking dry and tacky. If you also do not mind the price, this is a really good buy.

Also, to note, the lady when giving me this said it is for light-skinned people. The Fair & White gold line is for dark skin tones while the Fair & White So White line is for light skin tones but I could be wrong. I do not know much about Fair & White in general, all I know is mostly based on hearsay and what I’ve read online.

If you have any suggestions as to what product you want me to review or try out, leave your comment below or send a mail to me at hpbeau01@gmail.com or admin@hpbeau.com

Until my next post, kisses!!.
