Hey!

How I got this soap is one of those situations where you walk into the mall, get hijacked by a brand ambassador and after wooing, teasing, stalking, and following you around you end up buying the cheapest thing in their stash of products just so you can move on.

Hibiskus Naturals is a brand that produces handmade natural cosmetic products using natural ingredients. Their products range from skincare to hair care. It says most of its products are inspired by Ayurveda.

My Experience

I was full-on skeptical when I got this soap, I was scared that it would break me out and angry that I let the lady forced me to buy it but right now, I don’t regret it. It smells quite natural, the smell reminds me of black soap. What attracted me to this soap was the fact that it contained papaya extracts and I always end up comparing its effectiveness to that of Asantee soap and I can honestly say this soap is up the task.

Would not call it a skin whitening soap but then it brightens through exfoliation. I love this soap and I would most definitely be buying it again. If you are into natural products you may want to give this a try.

Am I the only one who cuts my soap? Have you used any of the Hibiscus Natural products? What was your experience like? Share in the comments.

What other Nigerian skincare brands are as good and affordable as this one?

Kisses!
